Paragliding is an entirely weather-dependent sport and where you will fly will change with the weather. All our training sites are selected according to weather predictions, our instructor's experience, and our knowledge of our local weather systems.
The Process Your flying journey will begin with a few ground handling sessions where you will learn how to kite your wing. Next up you need to learn the basic theory of aerodynamics, air law and micro-meteorology (a.k.a. reading the weather). Now you will be ready to fly and must collect 4 hours airtime, 35 flights and demonstrate a set practical flying skills to qualify.
